Andrew is an owner and partner at the Westchester County, White Plains Law Firm of Riebling, Proto & Sachs, LLP.  Prior to that he served as a Senior Assistant District Attorney in Westchester County.  Andrew has handled countless felony and misdemeanor cases as both a prosecutor and now a criminal defense lawyer.

Andrew is a featured author in DWI defense law appearing in the 2015 Inside the Minds book series titled "Strategies for Defending DWI Cases in New York".  He is also highly rated by former clients on several lawyer review websites.
