Danny was born and raised in Southeastern Kentucky.  The first in his family to obtain a college degree, Danny earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of the Cumberlands in 2009.  Danny went on to the Appalachian School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2012.  

Danny returned to his hometown of Harlan, Kentucky where practices a wide array of law including criminal defense, personal injury, social security, and family law.  In addition to his law practice, Danny serves as Treasurer of the Harlan County Bar Association, is a member of the University of the Cumberlands Alumni Board of Directors, and is Vice-Chairman of the Libertarian Party of Kentucky-5th Congressional District.
