Based in Worcester, Massachusetts, attorney Nicole Colby Longton represents clients in both civil and criminal matters in state and federal courts. In 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012, she was recognized as one of Massachusetts' Rising Star Super Lawyers in the area of criminal defense. Attorney Longton was also selected to the Top 40 Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers Association.

Before graduating from Harvard Law School, she was selected for an internship with the Drug Task Force Unit at the United States Attorney's Office. After graduation from Harvard Law School, Attorney Longton joined the trial department of the Boston office of McDermott Will & Emery, one of the world's largest and most exclusive law firms, where she specialized in complex commercial and criminal litigation.

In 2009, Attorney Longton founded the Longton Law Office in downtown Worcester to focus on criminal defense, personal injury and business litigation. A graduate of Holy Cross and St. Peter-Marian, she is always active in the Worcester Community. Attorney Longton is a member of the Board of Directors of the Holy Cross Lawyers Association as well as the Massachusetts, Worcester County, Boston and Women's bar associations.
