Licensed in California, New York and New Jersey, Alana has been practicing law with a heavy emphasis on criminal defense work.  She attended New York Law School after earning a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA, receiving numerous awards and honors for her academics. Alana  is also admitted to the federal courts, U.S. District Courts of New York (Southern and Eastern Districts) and U.S. District Courts of California (Eastern, Northern and Central Districts).
In addition to having worked as a trial lawyer for several law firms, Alana previously served as a legal analyst for Bloomberg, clerked for a New York Supreme Court judge and interned for the District Attorney's office Alana has broad experience defending state and serious federal criminal charges. She has received media attention for her successful results in high profile cases defending members of La Cosa Nostra and other white-collar cases. She has also made various t.v. appearances as a legal commentator.
