Kian Magana is a dedicated, knowledgeable, and meticulous Los Angeles based criminal defense attorney with dozens of criminal trials under his belt.  

Prior to founding The Law Office of KR Magana, A.P.C., Kian gained extensive experience as a criminal defense attorney in a boutique criminal defense firm in Los Angeles, handling cases that ran the gamut from low-level misdemeanors, to murder cases, including a number of highly publicized cases.

Kian also spent several years as a prosecutor in Los Angeles, where his responsibilities included helping train other prosecutors how to conduct trials and best practices for prosecuting certain kinds of cases.

Since opening The Law Office of KR Magana, A.P.C. in January of 2024, Kian has developed a trial-focused practice, aiding people accused of all sorts of crimes, including Driving Under the Influence, Jailhouse Beatings, White Collar Fraud, Domestic Violence, Sex Crimes, and Violent Crimes.
