Nicholas Bologna acquired his Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Legal Studies from Post University in Waterbury, Connecticut in 2014. He was a pitcher on the men's baseball team and was named to the Academic All-CACC Team from 2011-2014.  

He acquired his Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra Law School in 2017. After graduating law school, Nick joined the Bronx County District Attorney's Office as an Assistant District Attorney. After prosecuting for four years with the Bronx DA's Office, Nick joined a prestigious Long Island law firm where he specialized in criminal defense.

Nick re-joined the public sector with the Nassau County District Attorney's Office as a Senior Assistant District Attorney. As a Senior ADA in the Nassau DA's Office, Nick handled major felony matters, performed intensive investigations, presented numerous grand jury indictments, conducted pre-trial hearings and felony trials.

Nick returned to the private sector and honed his skills in the field of criminal defense, general liability, commercial litigation, and insurance defense. 

In his career, Nick has taken a vast number of cases to trial and has gained experience in a wide array of various fields of law. Nick's investigation and litigation background make him an asset both inside and outside of the courtroom.
